What did your urologist say or recommend about your problem, and didn't he offer suggestions? Did he do the arterial US, or just send you to an imaging center?
Do you have any medical problems? I'd start out with a good internist or a board certified family practitioner, ideally someone old enough to have some maturity, but young enough to be recently and well-trained. Someone you can talk to, who has been recommended to you by a friend, as erectile function is tough enough to talk about even if your doc does have a bedside manner. Do you think your "anhedonia" (lack of horniness/libido/"sex drive") is due to depression, drugs or medications, or do you think it could be hormonal. A good physician should be able to help you.
